About Grace Community Church
A place to belong in the heart of Springfield
Our story
Grace Community Church began in 1958 as a handful of families meeting in a schoolhouse on Maple Avenue. Today we are a congregation of about 150 people of every age, still meeting on the same street and still committed to being a good neighbor to Springfield.
What we believe

- The church is a family, and every member has something to give.
What to expect on a Sunday
Our 9:00 AM service is traditional, with hymns, choir and organ. Our 11:00 AM service is contemporary, with a band. Both include a message from the Bible that is usually about 25 minutes long.
Children are welcome in every service. A staffed nursery is available for infants through age three, and Sunday School for all ages meets at 10:00 AM between the services.
Parking is available in the lot behind the building, with accessible spaces next to the main entrance.
